Embracing Curiosity: Unveiling the Mysteries of Life

To be born as a human, we cannot give an immediate clear, and unique answer to everything we experience... because life is not a problem to be solved; life is a mystery unfolding.

There are no masters because everything is constantly changing. Those who maintain curiosity towards life and continuously explore with awareness are the true masters of life.

Real change is not about removing something or someone, but about opening up a space where every existence can become a part of this complete space.

If frozen, perhaps your reaction would be dissociation, disconnecting from the body, and being absent-minded.
If in a flight response pattern, you might withdraw, feel anxious, and avoid.
If in a closed state, you may feel numb, depressed, indifferent, with energy but not present...

When faced with challenges, if we are in a rigid, locked state of consciousness, we often fall into animalistic automatic response patterns: fight, freeze, flight, or closure.

To pause the animalistic automatic response patterns, take a step back, open up a space, and include resistant life experiences into the entirety of life, we apply the spell: "Isn't this interesting?" Speaking in a gentle, mischievous, and curious manner...

When we replace the ambition of seeking answers with curiosity, a boundless space of possibilities opens up.

If we do not resist, judge, but instead listen, become curious, and connect with the images, information, symbols, and energy brought by the subconscious, we can ask ourselves, "What different things can it bring to my life? How can it help me bring more beauty into my life?"

In medieval times, there was a saint who was asked what he said to God when he prayed.

He replied, "I listen to what God has to say."

Then people asked him, "What is God saying?"

The saint said, "God is listening to what I have to say."

Perhaps this saint reminded people that the wisdom to enter life is to replace ambition with curiosity.

May I remain filled with sparkling curiosity even in old age; it will be the most beautiful thing in my life.

      Isn't that interesting?

Replace excessive thinking with curiosity, let inaction and waiting to replace excessive effort... open up a space, gently hold a positive intention, and ask, "What is life trying to help me with?"

All parts within us are here to help us, provided that we approach them with respect and curiosity, with inaction and waiting, waiting for the moment of "aha"... Let it teach us and accept the best gifts brought by the subconscious self.

What activates you and naturally makes you, the individual, feel connected to something greater? Isn't that interesting?

There is an existence within you waiting to be awakened. What will "he/she" be? Isn't that interesting?

"Isn't that interesting?"

This phrase is like the blank space in Chinese painting.
