Whispers of Ebb and Flow: Navigating the Canvas of Existence

Do you think it's better to work hard or to embrace leisure?

This question is not just about you individually, but rather a dilemma that resonates with humanity.

"I aspire to make greater contributions, set larger goals, and embark on greater adventures. However, there's a fear of disrupting the current equilibrium, of touching upon inner wounds, and of facing even greater pressures..."

I've felt the same way. Fortunately, I'm engaged in an ever-evolving process of work. When confronted with conflicts, I gently grasp onto positive intentions. I then inquire of humankind, seek wisdom from ancestors, consult with the Buddha, converse with nature... I connect, listen, and trust through a conduit of the heart, rather than relying solely on my mind. I patiently await the arrival of wisdom deeper than mere cognition...

When intellectual pondering fails to engender the vitality of life, it's a feedback mechanism urging us to connect with the greater presence within this realm.

Forge a connection with the grandeur that resides within this realm. Feel its embodiment within your senses, and from the core of your being, step into the world. This is the lifelong practice that awaits us. Image Why can't we maintain a positive state indefinitely? Sometimes we tumble into negativity for days, lacking motivation for anything, oscillating between the positive and negative.

This is because you're human—gods don't experience such oscillations.

If you descend from a positive state into negativity, the key is to abstain from self-blame and self-punishment...

Kindness toward yourself is imperative; treat yourself with compassion. If you sense inadequacy, don't force yourself relentlessly, don't oppress yourself in a bid to become "better." Such compulsion only breeds restlessness.

The right approach to self is to regard these vacillations as feedback, not failures. Let this feedback guide you toward curiosity—how can you once again return to a positive, forward-looking state?

Since "problems" have already surfaced, don't consider them stumbling blocks; instead, transform them into stepping stones. How can their arrival assist you in more consistently maintaining a positive outlook?

Embrace these "problems" with a curious spirit, transcending the here and now, envisioning scenes of future success. Propel yourself toward meaningful objectives...

Isn't this approach far superior? Rather than resisting, embrace flow.

Every aspect that manifests in life can be positively applied to help us manifest a more splendid existence.

Regardless of the nature of today's experience, it will ultimately fade. Isn't this realization enlightening? Recognizing that life inherently embodies constant change?

Yet most importantly, you know how to recreate, to once again bring back positivity... Image How can one navigate busyness and efficiency while retaining one's essence?

When you recognize you've been ensnared in the spiral of internal turmoil, it signifies you've been ensnared within the collective unconscious whirlpool or trapped in the negative hypnosis of consumerism. Others are hypnotizing you, dictating what success entails and what defines your value...

The external world revolves around efficiency and results, a stance that's justifiable. However, your immersion within it arises from your inner world's failure to connect to a steady nucleus.

Just like the eye of a storm amid a tempest, external storms may rage, yet there remains an unwavering core within you.

Therefore, at the center of your being, infuse mindfulness and connectivity. Anchor yourself there. Then, set forth from this center, unfold into the world, bringing forth an intention uniquely yours...

In this world, what I yearn to craft is... within the realm of my existence, what I ardently desire to manifest is...

Tethered to the unshifting core within, connect with the outer world. From your center, direct your gaze towards the destination, towards the future you most aspire to shape.

You are the creator of your world, impervious to being swept away by the whirlwind of busy inertia.
