The Lyric Melody of Life

Life is like a river, carrying various experiences through each one of us every day. As long as we are alive, we will repeatedly go through moments of joy, sorrow, fear, anger, and happiness...

When you don't see others raising their hands, you might think that you are the only one getting hurt in this world, the only one suffering, and the only one feeling inadequate while everyone else seems outstanding and problem-free.

This personalization of the "problems" that exist in the collective consciousness of humanity only leads us to more issues. At this moment, we feel burdened as if we are carrying the collective pain of humanity all by ourselves, making it impossible to bear such a heavy load.

"I want to live as a brave version of myself, but I feel afraid, scared, and worried."
"I want to become independent, but I experience loneliness and helplessness."
"I want to live a happy life, but I face pressure, anxiety, and depression."
...

When you embark on a journey of self-realization, preparing to unleash your life's talents, the negative perceptions and old identities that were assigned to you no longer have a place. They speak as if saying, "If you pursue greater success, bigger adventures, I'm really afraid. Can I truly do it? Do I have the capability? What if I fail and lose my protection, then what should I do..."

We have grown accustomed to holding tension in our bodies, shutting down our core, and locking away this fragile "self" in the basement. Thus, a state of inferior identity emerges.

Now, as we open ourselves to the world again and move towards a new journey, the "self" in the basement is summoning you. It calls for you to bring "him/her" upstairs, to give "him/her" the value of existing in this world, and to integrate "him/her" into the wholeness of your life.

Once you experience this inner calling, it is the moment that demands an update and reconstruction of your identity.

When conflict is combined with a lock, problems become significant.

Instead of attempting to escape from "him/her," create a space where "he/she" can participate. Invite other facets of yourself that you have rejected, excluded, and locked away in the basement to rejoin your life. Together, they form an orchestra, playing a magnificent symphony of life...

Allow every aspect of your being to be touched by humanity, granting them the value of existence and endowing them with fresh meaning in this world.

Regardless of what you currently possess, how many people love you, or what career you pursue, problems will always be waiting ahead.

If you already understand this, do you still choose to continue moving forward?

Everything flows

nothing remains constant

The sun is new every day

perpetually renewing itself
